What we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it. Short version: we use your info to run your trip, and we never sell it.

License and selfie images are collected through a third-party identity verification provider, encrypted, and used only to verify you. We delete them within XX days after your trip closes, unless we need them for an open claim.
We share only what's needed with service providers who help run your trip: payment processing, identity verification, insurance or protection partners, email and text messaging, and website hosting and analytics. We may share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
We use cookies to keep checkout working, remember preferences and measure marketing. You can manage non-essential cookies through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
Trail Notes and the 10% offer are opt-in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Trip messages, like pickup details, are sent while you have an active booking.
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Verification images follow the deletion schedule above.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or opt out of marketing, by emailing hello@timberandtrack.com or calling (720) 799-4418. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
We use encryption and access controls to protect your data. Our services are not directed to children under 13, and renters must be 25 or older.
